Muttart's Giant Corpse Flower "Putrella"
Putrella (Pew-trella) is a "Giant Corpse Flower" or "Titum Arum", nature's tallest flowering plant. When in bloom, the extraordinary flower is able to reach heights of over 10 feet. It's also the world's stinkiest flower, emitting a putrid smell to attract pollinators such as Carrion beetles.

Putrella is now a healthy 25 inches, and here at Muttart we're on the search for a longer ruler.
25 inches seems pretty tall to those of who have been vigilantly watching Putrella's growth spurt. But imagine this: if this is a bloom, the flower could be nearly five times Putrella's current height!
