Edmontonians joined Active Edmonton, Walkable Edmonton, and Mountain Equipment Co-op's Bike Fest 2010 on Saturday, June 19th for family activities that support a healthy, active, and environmentally-friendly way of life. On Car-Free Day, a portion of 102 Ave was open to people and closed to motor vehicles (based on the successful Ciclovia Car Free Sundays program in Bogota).
